Employment Status: Full-Time

Job Requirement:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree from Engineering
• At least 3-5 years of Buyer Experience in EPCI for Oil & Gas Project
• Preferably have buyer working experience in Construction Industry, or in Companies that sells Industrial Supply to Construction Company
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, self-driven and motivated
• Have experience dealing with overseas Suppliers, and knowledge in International Trade and Logistics Operations.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal in both Indonesian and English Language

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, select, and purchase goods, materials and services as per project requirement in timely manner
• Negotiate with suppliers to get best price, payment terms, and delivery schedule whilst ensuring quality requirement are met
• Process requisition and update management on status of order through reports and weekly meetings
• Monitor existing orders, and ensure goods and materials received at Warehouse and Site are as per ordered. Any discrepancy to be highlighted to Supplier and Management.
