Responsibilities :

• Deliver Mobile Equipment Training and Assessment for both Off The Job and On The Job Training.
• Deliver New and Refresher for Mobile Equipment License.
• Review and develop training and assessment materials, including Mobile Equipment Procedure and SOP.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Senior High School graduated.
• Certified as Heavy Duty Equipment (HDE) operator for minimum 5 years experiences, proven with KIMPER, SIMPER, SIO or any other certification.
• Preferably candidate who has teaching experience (TAA/TAE).
• Experience in a mining company particularly underground mine will be an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in underground mine area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms. Word and Ms. Power Point).
• Good communication skill in both Indonesian and English.
• Able to work independently and also in a teamwork.
• Fast learner, proactive, good analytical thinking and self-driven.
• Minimum age range 25 - 45 years old
