Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Management, Industrial or related Degree.
• Minimal Experience 3 Years and/or above in Purchasing, PPIC and/or Export-Import.
• Understand Export - Import, Warehousing and Transport Procedure.
• Domicile/Live in Bandung, West Java. (MUST)
• Fluent and able to speak English. (MUST)
• Good communication, Strong analytical, communication, time-management, creativity skills, problem solver, Leader for self, High Initiative, Responsive, Flexible, High Commitment. and Coordination.

Job Description:

• Analyze, and ensure the availability of products needed by Factory Manager and Production Dept.
• Carry out the purchase process on time and in accordance with the item information listed on the Purchase Request or Purchase Order.
• Responsible for the purchasing process, shipping purchased products and returning non-conforming goods to suppliers.
• Conduct and document the supplier selection process and maintain and evaluate the list of selected suppliers.
• Responsible for payment of goods that have been received.
• Responsible for purchasing cost information submitted to the Finance department.
• Make monthly reports for purchases and Outstanding POs.
• Maintain effective internal communication with all departments in the Company.
• Etc.
