Requirements: 

  1. 21-28 years old; 
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Receptionist/Secretary science is preferable; 
  3. Have minimum experience 2 (two) year in relevant working experience in a similar capacity; 
  4. Having administrative skills and telephone communication skills; 
  5. Fluent in English is a must both writing and speaking (evidence of TOEFL score is preferable); 
  6. Good communication skills; 
  7. Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and cope with tight deadlines; 
  8. Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet; 
  9. Willing and able to work individual and/or in a team;
  10. Having good attitude and polite;
  11. Good looking and elegant.

Job Descriptions: 

  1. Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor’s inquiries;
  2. Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi – line telephone system;
  3. Maintaining and scheduling meeting rooms;
  4. Maintaining waiting area, lobby or other public area;
  5. Serving coffee or tea to guests;
  6. Collecting and routing mail and hand – delivered packages;
  7. Verifying employee identification and issuing visitor passes;
  8. Speak elegantly with a good attitude;
  9. Prepare guestbook for guest/visitor & maintain;
  10. Conduct courtesy on every conditions.
