Requirements:

  • Age maximum 27 years old
  • At least Diploma/Bachelor degree in any related field
  • 2 years experience as a Secretary and/or Receptionist
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint, Ms. Outlook)
  • Good communication skills with excellent English speaking and writing ability
  • Dynamic, fast learner and good interpersonal skill
  • Attention to detail, active, diligent, and energetic
  • Able to work individually and as a team

Responsibilities:

  • Handling phone calls, packages, mails, documents, and guests
  • Welcoming guest, identifying their necessity and assisting them with their purpose
  • Meeting room reservation and supply
  • Performing duties, not limited to travel arrangement, attendance report, documents’ filing, documents’ drafting, checking and finalizing
  • Collecting timesheet of Associates
  • Book keeping
  • Meeting and schedule arrangement to Partners
  • Procurements
  • Correspondences to clients and/or other parties
  • Assisting Finance and HR division on daily finance activities
  • Assisting Partners in daily needs and activities
