Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, oversee and manage our social media content plan & strategy.

• Review and make regular engagement and activity report.

• Meet the needs of brand development in promotions, marketing or public relation activities.

• Assist brand activation.

• Measure the success of every social media campaign.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Able to analyze market trends and hot topics & have good ability to summarize and refinement.

• Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.

• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

• Able to do end to end social media management (content planning, ideation, until execution, analysis, and reporting).

• Explore content and audience characteristics from TikTok, YouTube & Instagram.

• Skill: Photo / video production (shoot & editing), copywriting, creative content, social media analytics is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relation, Journalism or Broadcasting with at least 3 year experience as a Social Media Specialist.

• Have experience in using social media marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Analisa IO, etc.)

• Creative and excellent in copywriting skills and have good creativity & able to completed project independently.

• Have ability to operate DSLR or Mirrorless Camera is a plus.

• Excellent verbal communication skills & written fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English.

• Have growth mindset and love to learn.

• Experienced working with KOL / Influencers.

• Have a good social media resources and relations are preferred.

• Able to coordinate with internal and external resources & have good ability in learning and teamwork.
